The Team

VT_85x93Victoria Torok - Passionate about fitness her whole life, at age 59 Victoria decided to get her personal trainer certification and apply her 30 year background in sale and marketing to helping others get on track with their fitness goals.  That was the start of Elite Mobile Fitness, a personal training service that comes to YOU!  Says Victoria: "Not everyone likes or knows what to do in a gym environment - especially mature women who are out of shape. By bringing the trainer and the program to their home or workplace, their whole attitude toward working out changes - and that translates into RESULTS!" WELLthy by Choice came about because of a demand for other health related services Victoria could not provide her EMF_Logo_Color-JPGclients. Wanting to be able to refer her clients to only reputable providers, she began to develop a wellness team. "Then I thought, if the trainer can come to someone's home or office, why not a whole wellness team that will come to a company or community to educate people about how important health is and how to achieve it? So - we got together and created WELLthy by Choice."

Victoria hails from Pittsburgh, PA.  She moved to Denver in 1974 and has called it home ever since.  She is a big believer in giving back and does a lot of church and community volunteer work.
